Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc – White Wines

Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux - Appellation Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc

Most of the wines in our Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Blanc appellation are made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, producing highly refined wines with citrus fruit aromas and flavours.

The predominant variety in our white wines, Sauvignon Blanc is a grape with many qualities: particularly flavoursome, it is both round and crisp, producing wines with a highly expressive bouquet.

A touch of Semillon, a perfect foil for Sauvignon Blanc, gives our wines a discreetly fruity nose and ageing potential.

The third main grape variety, Muscadelle, has rich floral aromas reminiscent of Muscat. Combined with Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, its roundness gives balance to the crispest wines.
